Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire the sales team, providing mentorship and performance management.
  • Client Relationships: Raise company profile. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts, etc, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and technical teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, ensuring Landia’s presence in emerging sectors.
  • Reporting: Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Review and manage contracts

About You


Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven track record in a senior sales role, preferably within the industrial, biogas, agricultural, or wastewater sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and data.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK.
  • Experience working with international teams or in a global company setting.
